Me as a Teacher
As a jazz piano teacher, I embody a passion for both music and education, creating an engaging and supportive learning environment for my students. With over 15 years of experience, I have developed a deep understanding of jazz theory, improvisation, and performance techniques, which I am eager to share. My teaching philosophy centers on nurturing the unique musical voice of each student, fostering their creativity, and helping them develop a strong foundation with piano kill. I rely on patience, encouragement, and a genuine enthusiasm for the learning process. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where students can explore, experiment, and make mistakes without judgement.
My Teaching Style
I believe in the power of personalized instruction, tailoring my teaching approach to meet the individual needs and goals of each student. Whether you are a beginner taking your first steps into the world of jazz or an intermediate player looking to expand your repertoire, I will create a customized curriculum that aligns with your aspirations. By evaluating your current skill level and musical preferences, I will design a comprehensive lesson plan that combines technique exercises, music theory, ear training, and repertoire building. Whether you are a jazz pianist or a music producer, I am confident I can tailor a plan to meet your needs!
